Caltech Pictures

Anyway, I finally decided to create a page for me to store all of my pictures from life at Caltech. If you want some sample words to go along with these sample pictures, go visit Caltizzle to get a taste.

It seemed most logical to store these pictures in separate categories, so I'll go ahead and list the categories. For the sake of making these pages easier to update in the future, I won't put all of the categories in the sidebar of each of the catagories' pages; you'll need to come back to this index page to get to additional categories.

Stalking Hawking pictures

These are pictures from when a large group of us decided to camp out overnight for tickets to a Stephen Hawking lecture. Yes, we're such nerds that we don't bother camping out for Star Wars or Matrix tickets; we only camp out for Stephen Hawking tickets.

Russian Mafia pictures

When Ben was going to the Fleming formal dinner, he got dressed up in a black suit, black shirt, and black tie. He was also standing around talking to his parents on the cell phone in Russian. So we decided that he looked like he was in the Russian Mafia. Tell me, were we wrong?

Nature pictures

In my Hum class (American History), we were assigned to bring in to class a "nature picture." I decided that I trusted my photographic abilities more than Google's, so I would take my own nature picture. Since most of the printers around here are black and white, I decided to take my picture in that format as well. Some of these came out very nicely.

Bondage pictures

Before I go any further, let me clarify things: these are pictures of us tying one another's hands behind each other's back, and trying to free ourselves from this position. I think this arose when Emily tied Ben's hands behind his back for some reason, and then we all wondered how hard it really was to get loose in that prediciment. So we all tried it out.

Drag Show pictures

OK, this one is what it sounds like: Dabney held a fashion show where guys dressed up like girls, and a few of our number participated. One important note is that Ben did dress up for the Drag Show, but changed out of his clothing before his picture could be taken. Go complain to him about it.
